FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 06 data: NSDL

06 Aug 2018 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5187.48 crore against gross selling of Rs 4780.44 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 407.04 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1069.26 crore with gross sales of Rs 902.41 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 166.85 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1.75 crore against gross selling of Rs 4.75 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 3.00 crore in hybrid segment.
