Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has informed that the corporation on July 18, 2012 allotted 32,10,100 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exchange of 32,10,100 warrants by 76 warrant holders of the corporation.
Further, the corporation has extinguished the said 32,10,100 warrants and the outstanding warrants post the said exchange stands at 4,13,39,900 and the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at 298,67,24,780 consisting of 149,33,62,390 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
