Bharat Forge reports 34% rise in Q1 net profit

Bharat Forge has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2018.

The company has reported 33.92% rise in its net profit at Rs 234.46 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 175.08 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 17.93% at Rs 1,513.91 crore for Q1FY19 as compared Rs 1,283.70 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Bharat Forge is engaged in manufacturing of close die and open die forging, crankshafts, front axle beams, steering knuckle, connecting rods, rocker arm and many more components.
