PNB Housing Finance has received an approved for raising of funds aggregating upto an amount Rs 7,000 crore through issuance of secured and unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) in tranches. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on August 9, 2018, approved the same.
PNB Housing Finance is a registered housing finance company with National Housing Bank (NHB). They provide housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for construction, purchase, repair and up-gradation of houses.
