Ravalgaon Sugar Farm has received an approval for the sale of assets to lease, sell, transfer, convey, assign or otherwise dispose of the company's Sugar Plant together with Plant and Machinery and land on which the said plant is standing and also other land in aggregate not exceeding 100 acres together with building, structures, rights and fixtures thereon located at Ravalgaon in one or more parcels to one or more entities. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on August 09, 2018, approved the same.
