Mercantile Ventures has received an approval for becoming a Partner in Chitaranjan Developers LLP. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on August 10, 2018, approved the same.
The Board has also given an in principle approval for the proposed merger of its subsidiary companies viz., Oasis Ventures (Transferor Company) and Rayce Electronic Intelligence India (Transferor Company) with i3 Security (Transferee Company).
Mercantile Ventures is engaged in the business of acquiring immovable properties for letting them out on lease or mounting them for resale.
