The Register of the Members will remain closed from 13-09-2018 to 19-09-2018. The voting right of the shareholders to cast the vote in respect of resolutions detailed in the Notice of the 44th Annual General Meeting shall be in proportion to their shares in the paid up equity share capital of the Company as on 12th September, 2018 (cut-off date).
