According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1378.77 crore in futures and options segments on Friday, August 05, 2011.
FII’s were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 81.25 crore and they also bought index options worth Rs 1001.08 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 316.30 crore and they sold stock options to the tune of Rs 19.86 crore.
