With reference to 20th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, the 14th day of September, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Siri Fort Auditorium, August Kranti Marg, Siri Institutional Area, New Delhi, 110049, Petronet LNG has informed that pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 8th September, 2018 to Friday 14th September, 2018 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and ascertaining the entitlement of dividend (if declared). Further, the final dividend for the financial year 2017-18 on the equity shares of the Company shall be payable on & from 19th September, 2018, if declared, at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on 14th September, 2018. The dividend warrants would be posted on or after 19th September, 2018 and within the prescribed period.
