Store One Retail India has decided to discontinue its existing retail trading business and will only focus on wholesale trading business along with the facility management and machinery, equipment management business.
Further, in its constant effort to enhance shareholder value, the board has also decided to explore new opportunities in the wholesale trading business segment, which can advantageously and conveniently be carried out with the existing resources and infrastructure of the company.
Store One Retail India is a chain of multi brand stores incorporated through a business transfer agreement. The company has forayed into multiple formats, which include Megastores -- a chain of lifestyle stores, a newly launched hyper format offering great value for money on daily needs, apparels, home and appliances.
