Orissa Bengal Carrier has informed that the Board of Directors of Company at its meeting held on Tuesday, 21st August, 2018 has authorized Ratan Kumar Agrawal (Managing Director) and/or Ravi Agrawal (Whole time Director) or any other person as they deem fit for the purpose of recovery proceedings before various courts and tribunals to recovery the claims due from various operational parties and for that purpose they are authorized to file petitions, suits and replies etc. and to do any other acts in this connection as may be required from time to time.
