IOC to invest in infrastructure facilities of TN: Report

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) will reportedly invest around Rs 7,112 crore in infrastructure facilities of Tamil Nadu (TN) in coming three years. IOC and group company Chennai Petroleum Corporation will be investing about Rs 37,112 crore in Tamil Nadu.

This investment will be in construction of captive jetty, additional facilities for petrol and diesel handling, pipeline expansion, POL (petroleum, oils and lubricants) terminals at an outlay of Rs,7,112 crore in the next three years.

IOC is the largest enterprise in the country and the foremost ranked Fortune Global 500 Company in India and has presence in the complete hydrocarbon value chain from downstream refining & marketing, pipeline transportation, Petrochemicals, E&P and Gas Marketing.
