Info Edge (India) has invested through its wholly-owned subsidiary about Rs 2.64 crore in Medcords Healthcare Solutions. As part of company’s strategic investments, the acquisition would help the company to diversify its presence into a new line of business within the Internet Services Industry.
The aggregate shareholding of the company, after this initial investment, in the said entity would be 11.37% on a fully converted & diluted basis post completion of fund raise exercise with other investors.
