The company’s subsidiary Quippo Oil & Gas Infrastructure proposed to sell 2,600 equity shares, constituting 26 percent shareholding in its step down subsidiary Quippo Drilling International to an overseas entity.
SREI Infrastructure Finance lends for financing infrastructure projects across sectors such as roads, ports, mining and power as well as purchase of infrastructure equipment.
