MAS Financial Services rises on reporting 80% rise in Q1 consolidated net profit

MAS Financial Services is currently trading at Rs. 568.05, up by 7.90 points or 1.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 560.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 567.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 571.70 and Rs. 563.00 respectively. So far 212 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 701.30 on 24-Oct-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 541.10 on 20-Mar-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 600.00 and Rs. 555.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3061.89 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.35%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.17% and 13.49% respectively

MAS Financial Services has reported a rise of 81.63% in its net profit of Rs 30.46 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 as compared to Rs 16.77 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 24.56% at Rs 121.65 crore for Q1FY19 as compared Rs 97.66 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 79.64% in its net profit of Rs 31.33 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 17.44 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 23.67% at Rs 128.79 crore for Q1FY19 as compared Rs 104.14 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
