Dion Global Solutions is planning to raise funds through Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), Foreign Currency Convertible Bond (FCCB), convertible securities or any other method and if approved to recommend the same to the shareholders.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on August 31, 2018, to consider the same.
