FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per August 29 data: NSDL

29 Aug 2018 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net sellers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4202.41 crore against gross selling of Rs 4251.27 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 48.86 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 141.89 crore with gross sales of Rs 852.07 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 710.18 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1.03 crore against gross selling of Rs 0.37 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 0.66 crore in hybrid segment.
