Solara Active Pharma Sciences has completed the acquisition of Strides Chemicals. After this, Strides Chemicals has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Solara Active Pharma Sciences with effect from September 01, 2018.
Earlier, the company had obtained approval from shareholders through postal ballot on August 10, 2018 for investment in Strides Chemicals.
