Great Eastern Shipping Company (GE Shipping) has received approval from National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for scheme of amalgamation of Greatship Global Holdings Mauritius (GGHL), wholly owned subsidiary of Greatship India (GIL) with GIL, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The scheme of amalgamation has become operative from September 01, 2018.
