Further the company is providing e-voting by remote e-voting. The e-voting period will commence at 9.00 A.M on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 and ends at 5.00 P.M. on Friday, September 28, 2018. The cut-off date for reckoning voting right of shareholders/beneficial owners for the purpose of e-voting and voting at the Annual General Meeting shall be Saturday, September 22, 2018.
