Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) has opened its first customer experience center in Florida. The center, located in Jacksonville, FL, will bring more than 350 new career opportunities in the first phase of expansion, starting in September, with a total of 500 new job opportunities over time. This expansion is due to continued growth of the company’s domestic business, driven by a combination of providing additional services to existing clients and recent new business wins.
