Share India Securities has acquired 10 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each in Share India Insurance Brokers (wholly owned subsidiary) for cash consideration of Rs 1 crore, which forms 100% of total paid up capital of Investee Company. The company has formed a WOS to also diversify in the activities of an Insurance Broker. Share India Insurance Brokers proposes to engage in the business of Insurance Brokers.
Share India Securities is currently engaged in the business of equity broking, investing and trading activities.
