Indostar Capital Finance has raised Rs 4.80 crore through allotment of 48 Series XXX Tranche G , Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Face Value of Rs 10 lakh each, on Private Placement Basis. The Debenture Committee of the Board of Directors of the company on September 06, 2018, approved allotment of the same.
