Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has informed that the corporation on July 20, 2012 allotted 7,88,150 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exchange of 7,88,150 warrants by 39 warrant holders of the corporation.
Further, the corporation has extinguished the said 7,88,150 warrants and the outstanding warrants post the said exchange stands at 4,05,51,750 and the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs. 298,87,58,800 consisting of 149,43,79,400 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
