Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Spice Mobility has informed that the Company has sent notice to the shareholders who have not claimed or encashed their dividend for seven or more consecutive years and accordingly whose shares are liable to be transferred to Investors Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Account as per the provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, (the Rules). Further as required under the said Rules, the Company has also published a Notice in Financial Express (English Edition) and Jansatta (Hindi Edition) on 11th September, 2018.
