Kwality hits rock bottom on reporting 96% fall in Q1 net profit

Kwality is currently trading at its lower circuit limit of Rs. 19.50, down by 1.00 points or 4.88% from its previous closing of Rs. 20.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 19.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 19.50 and Rs. 19.50 respectively. So far 88755 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 122.50 on 15-Sep-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 10.95 on 27-Jul-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 22.55 and Rs. 19.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 470.64 crore.

The company has reported 96.27% fall in its net profit at Rs 1.04 crore for first quarter ended June 30, 2018 as compared to Rs 27.88 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 19.54% at Rs 1,265.79 crore for Q1FY19 as compared Rs 1,573.19 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
