Adani Ports and Special Economic Zones’ (APSEZ) wholly owned subsidiary Adani Logistics has incorporated a Joint Venture (JV) company namely ‘Adani NYK Auto Logistics Solutions’ on September 17, 2018. The object of incorporation is to provide logistic services i.e. rail transportation by auto wagons to the person engaged in automotive industry. The cost of acquisition at which shares are acquired is Rs 51000 (5100 equity share of 10 each).

APSEZ is part of Adani Group with businesses spanning coal trading, coal mining, oil & gas exploration, ports, multi-modal logistics, power generation & transmission and gas distribution. APSEZ represents a large network of ports with India’s largest Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Mundra.
