LLP, Chartered Accountants ceased to be Auditors of the company with effect from September 18, 2018, due to completion of their term; and the Members at the AGM has appointed S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company u/s 139 of the Companies Act, 2013 for a term of five consecutive years, to hold office from the conclusion of the 23rd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 28th Annual General Meeting.
