Physical Rubber prices witness weakness on Tuesday

Physical Rubber prices showed weakness on Tuesday on account of buyer resistance in the market. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety fell to Rs 129.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 130/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety declined to Rs 125/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 126/ kg.

In the futures market, October delivery rose marginally to Rs 127.94 compared to its previous closing of Rs 127.30, while November delivery closed at Rs 129.22 compared to its previous close of Rs 126 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
