Jubilant LifeSciences has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons from Saturday, September 22, 2018 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2018 to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
