Agarwal & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of the 35 Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 39 Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year 2018-19 till 2021-22. The shareholders of the Company have approved the reappointment of Kishor Shah as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2021. Further the shareholders of the Company have also approved the appointment of Pushpa Mishra as an Independent, Non -Executive Director of the Company.
