Ladam Affordable Housing has received an approval to provide Corporate Guarantee of Rs 20 crore to ECL Finance for the purpose of financing the business/ business related activities of Ladam Homes, Subsidiary Company of the company on the terms and conditions as set out in the Loan documents. The Board of the company in the meeting held on September 27, 2018, approved the same.
Ladam Affordable Housing’s primary focus is on affordable housing for the masses and the business house has delivered over 1500 homes to middle income families. Ladam Affordable Housing is set to expand that focus by constructing more than 5000 affordable homes by utilising its existing land bank.
