Pursuant to the provisions of section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 [read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014], Shipping Corporation of India has informed that the Company had provided remote e-voting facility to the members entitled to cast their vote at the Annual General Meeting. The remote e-voting process was carried out by the Company from 9 am on 22.09.2018 to 5 pm on 24.09.2018 with cut-off date for determining shareholders being 18.09.2018. The Company had also provided the ballot voting of all the resolutions at the AGM held on 25.09.2018.
