Sankhya Infotech has informed that the declarations done on 27/09/2018 were pertaining to an earlier period. The company had made these declarations earlier, however, due to a technical issue declarations done earlier were not appearing on the BSE website. Since SEBI observed these and has asked the company to resubmit the same was done in strict compliance to SEBIs direction.The company is maintaining highest standards of corporate governance, and in line with the number of calls/messages the company received yesterday, regarding the declarations, it felt obligated to clarify to the shareholders.
