Nikki Global Finance has informed that the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company was held today on Friday, September 28, 2018, commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 3:00 p.m. at Mehta Farm, Village Chhawla, beyond BSF Camp, Rajkhari, Nazabgarh Road, New Delhi - 110071. Ashesh Agarwal chaired the meeting. He requested his colleagues on the dais to introduce themselves and also requested to members to take their seats. Leave of absence was granted to the absent Directors. The requisite quorum being present, the Chairman called the meeting to order. The Chairman delivered his speech. The Chairman informed that the Company had provided the Members the facility to cast their vote electronically, on all resolutions set forth in the Notice. Members who were present at the AGM and had not cast their votes electronically were provided an opportunity to cast their votes at the end of the meeting either through E-voting or Ballot/Poll conducted at the meeting.
