In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Rites has informed that Ministry of Railways vide its letter no. 2017/E(O)II/40/23 dated 24th September, 2018 has appointed Gopi Sureshkumar Varadarajan (DIN - 0008241385) as Director (Projects) of the Company with effective from 27th September, 2018 till the date of his superannuation 31.07.2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.In accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company he will be appointed as an Additional Director by the Board and his appointment shall be subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting.
