Rane Holdings has acquired 3.75% shareholding in its subsidiary company -- Rane Engine Valve (REVL). The company has acquired 2,52,000 shares of REVL. Post-acquisition, the company holds 54.82% stake in REVL. This is part of RHL’s strategic initiative to consolidate shareholding in the subsidiary company.
Rane Holdings is the holding company of Rane Group. RHL owns the trademark in Rane and provides a range of services to group companies. These include employee training and development, investor services, business development & information systems support.
