HAL rises on achieving highest turnover of Rs 18,28,386 lakh in 2017-18

Hindustan Aeronautics is currently trading at Rs. 799.00, up by 17.15 points or 2.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 781.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 820.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 824.90 and Rs. 799.00 respectively. So far 1918 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1184.00 on 28-Mar-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 770.15 on 24-Jul-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 906.20 and Rs. 780.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 26883.08 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 89.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.71% and 1.32% respectively.

Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) has achieved significant growth in revenue and profits. The company has recorded the highest ever turnover of Rs 18,28,386 lakh in 2017-18 financial year compared to previous year's turnover of Rs 17,60,379 lakh. The company has produced 40 aircraft and helicopters covering Su-30 MKI, LCA Tejas and Dornier Do-228 in fixed wing and ALH Dhruv and Cheetal Helicopters in rotary wing.

HAL is Bengaluru based Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSU) company engaged in the design, development, manufacture, repair, overhaul, upgrade and servicing of a wide range of products including, aircraft, helicopters, aero-engines, avionics, accessories and aerospace structures.
