Cimmco has informed that as stipulated by the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 6th October, 2018 till further notice, for a price sensitive information. The price sensitive information shall be communicated to the Stock Exchanges post its approval in terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
