Genus Power Infrastructures has won an order from a State-owned utility for implementation of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) including supply of 4.31 lakh smart meters. The value of the order is pegged at around Rs 312 crore (net of tax).
This is the single largest order for AMI, directly finalized by any state utility in the country. This order reaffirms the company’s market position, as a supplier of technologically advanced metering solutions.
Genus Power Infrastructures is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of electronic energy meters, power distribution management projects, hybrid microcircuits, inverters, batteries, home UPS and online UPS in India and abroad.
