Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder, and regulation 44 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Lakshmi Energy & Foods has informed that the Company has provided the Remote e-voting facility to its members, to cast their vote/s on the resolutions as set out in the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) dated 08-10-2018. The members attending the EGM and who had not cast their vote through Remote e-voting were also provided with the facility to cast their vote on the resolutions, through Ballot Papers at the venue of EGM. The Company has also informed about results of the voting (through Remote e-voting and voting at EGM) in the format prescribed in Regulation 44 of Listing Regulations and alongwith Scrutinisers report.
