L&T Finance Holdings has raised funds worth Rs 250 crore. The Committee of Directors (Committee) has approved allotment of 2,50,00,000 Cumulative Compulsorily Redeemable Non-Convertible Preference Shares (CRPS) of face value of Rs 100 each on a private placement basis to the identified investors. The Committee approved the same on October 12, 2018.
