OCL India has received an approval from its board for implementation of the scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation of the company and Dalmia Cement East (DCEL) & other associates into Odisha Cement (ODCL). Post-merger, ODCL shall be renamed as OCL India. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on October 15, 2018 approved the same.
OCL India is engaged in manufacturing special refractories. The Company operates in two segments: Cement and Refractory.
