Hatsun Agro Products is reportedly planning to establish dairy plants in Maharashtra and Odhisha. In this regards, the dairy products maker has acquired around 75 acres of land in Maharashtra's Solapur district for about Rs 6 crore. The installation of the plant is expected to be commissioned before the end of December 2019.
The company is also planning to set up a dairy plant in Odisha after an attractive proposition for investment by the state and has submitted its investment intention with the Odisha government's industry department.
Hatsun Agro Products, India's largest private sector dairy, sells liquid milk under the brand name Arokya, ice creams under the brand Arun Icecreams, and a wide range of dairy products under the brand Hatsun.
