India Cements has entered into a share purchase agreement for acquiring the entire shareholding of Springway Mining, in a phased manner, at a total consideration of Rs 182.89 crore with an objective of setting up of a cement plant in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

India Cements is the largest producer of cement in South India and one of the largest cement manufacturer in the country.
