Nectar Lifesciences has received the National Green Tribunal, New Delhi order for closure of Unit No. II of the company at Derabassi.
However, the inspections report of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) sought by National Green Tribunal states that the company's unit is complying with pollution norms. The company has already moved National Green Tribunal for setting aside/ rectification/ recall of the order.
