Seamec has informed that the Company will close the trading window with effect from 1st November, 2018, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Company’s Insider Trading Policy for the purpose of consideration of the Quarterly results of the Company. The opening of the Window will be after 48 hours of the disclosure of financial results by the Board of Directors of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.
