Igarashi Motors gains on completing acquisition of export division of Agile Electric

Igarashi Motors India is currently trading at Rs. 595.55, up by 5.35 points or 0.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 590.20 on the BSE.

Igarashi Motors India has completed the acquisition of export division of Agile Electric Sub Assembly as a going concern on Slump Sale in terms of Business Transfer Agreement which were executed between the company and Agile Electric Sub Assembly.

Igarashi Motors India is engaged in the production and sales of D.C. motors for toys and model ships. The product range of the company includes DC Motors, Gear Motors, High Voltage Motors, Armatures, etc.
