S G Road, Nr. Ashok Vatika, Ahmedabad - 380058 in the state of Gujarat, India on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 11.30 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of De-merger of Oil and Gas Services Undertaking of Deep Industries Limited into Deep CH4 Limited, as proposed between the companies and their respective shareholders and creditors under Section 230 to 232 read with Section 66 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (Scheme).
