In this regard, as per the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Specified Persons from November 1, 2018 to November 15, 2018. The trading window shall re-open on November 16, 2018.
